No matter how dim the lights of our lives get,
Or when we look back and maybe dare to regret
And question that imperfect judgement of ours,
And think perhaps the journey is being to heavy.
When we stop and review our show with a fret,
Or the assessment of decisions taken let
our spirit sore with disappointments and scars,
And let those tears roll down like a forced levy.
Then is when we remember we are not done yet,
That life is about a continuous not so sure bet
And we remember there are many many moons and stars
waiting to be unwrapped and get our souls to replevy.
